Ingredients

1 Barista Creations Freddo Intenso coffee capsule
120g Ice cubes
100ml Coconut milk
4g Pink sugar
Light pink candyfloss

Accessory

Nespresso Aeroccino Milk Frother
VIEW recipe glass, 350 ml

Directions

On the bottom of a View glass, put a teaspoon of pink sugar.
Pour over 100ml of coconut milk and mix them together.
Add 3 Nespresso ice cubes in the glass. With a shaker, brew in 40ml of Barista Creations Freddo Intenso over the ice cubes and shake.
Gently pour in the glass.
Decorate with pink candyfloss, or alternatively 3 pink square marshmellows on a non-sharp wooden stick.
