Ingredients
- 1 Tokyo Vivalto Lungo
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 70 ml gingerbread syrup (for 1 cream whipper)
- 1 l cream (for 1 cream whipper)
- 5 pieces of gingerbread
- 5 or 6 drops of maple syrup
Accessory
- VIEW Lungo Cups
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- Pour the gingerbread syrup and the cream into the cream whipper and inject the two chargers.
- Shake well and chill.
- Place one teaspoon of honey in the bottom of a lungo cup.
- Dispense over the Tokyo Vivalto Lungo as an espresso.
- Add the whipped cream on the top.
