Directions
Place palm sugar in a 180 ml lungo cup.
Smash fresh ginger and add it to the cup.
Use the Aeroccino device to froth fresh milk and coconut milk together by choosing the hot foam option.​​
Pour the frothed milk over the ginger and sugar mixture in the cup.
Brew an espresso shot of Origin INDONESIA directly over the milk.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder for garnish.
