4 pcs Ice Cubes
20ml Non Treated Fresh Lemon Slice
4g Brown Sugar
70ml Sparkling Water
10ml Cane Syrup
6pcs Basil Leaves

Directions

Extract 40ml of espresso into your View Recipe Glass and add some Ice cube
Put 4 pieces (20 g) of fresh non treated Lemon, 4g of brown sugar. Muddle it. Add 6 fresh Basil leaves and 10ml of cane syrup.
Add 3 ice cubes and pour 70ml of sparkling water. Mix it slowly with a spoon. Add a nice piece of fresh basil and fresh lemon peel on the top.
