90ml Sparkling water

Directions
Put 3 ice cubes into a Barista recipe glass. Pour in 50 ml of orange juice, 90ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
Slap and add a little branch of sage.
Extract 40 ml of Barista Creations Freddo Delicato into a Barista Shaker, add 1 ice cube. Close the lid and shake vigorously.
Pour the ice coffee over it, into the Recipe glass.
